Naples Talis Park Visit

Homes prices range from the $600,000+ in the Multifamily subdivision,  to $2.5 million plus for the new homes currently being built by Seagate Builders in “Isola Bella”. The estate homes with 1 1/2 acre lots in “Firenze” will start at $5.0 million and up. In general the single family resale homes ( 3-4 plus bedrooms and 3+ bath) are anywhere from $793,000 ($500-$700/per square foot), and offer value compared to other luxury developments in Naples. Many of these homes come with three garages; have their own private courtyard entrances; large kitchens with gourmet islands & beautiful cabinetry; outdoor kitchens; cozy Great rooms and en-suite Master bedrooms, with “His” and “Hers” dressing rooms and closets, and come with beautifully designed pools with spas off the main entertainment areas. Full Golf Membership (325 max.) costs only $62,000 in initiation fees (non-refundable Equity Memberships,  with $400 per month in Master Association dues . This also includes a Full Sports Membership. Sports only membership has a $35,000 initiation fee, ( again non-refundable Equity Membership) with a $325 monthly Association fee,
something  all homeowners must take out. According to the many favorable reviews by
the various homeowners, these memberships plus the super  “Reciprocal Clubs”
available to use from May through October is particularly attractive.

Finally, the famous Talis Park’s “Beach Runner” is a Mercedes shuttle which departs daily in Season for “Cabana Dan’s” on Vanderbilt Beach. Just call and confirm your return trip when you want to return home. Towels and beach chairs are available on a first come basis; and packed lunches can be ordered ahead of time at the Vyne House. No luxury is spared or fun activity overlooked at Talis Park, where everyone is made to feel welcome, whatever age. Playgrounds are at the ready for children or grandchildren.
