    Naples Talis Park Visit

“As Syd Kitson, CEO of Kitson & Partners, the Developers who took over the Management of Talis Park in 2007 said: “We have re-imagined the Naples Lifestyle by focusing on what matters most to homeowners today, health and well-being, connections to family and friends, long term value and legacy!” Believing in the importance of these values, the company invested over $31 million into upgrading
the property and into making it one of the most extraordinary home communities
    in Naples.

The unique appeal of Talis Park is the friendliness of the community, where nobody is a stranger for very long, activities are numerous with a focus on healthy living and in being outdoors, either walking on the numerous trails, playing golf (18-holes),
Tennis (6 courts), Bocci (3 courts)or swimming at the two grand swimming pools, if not sunning at your own private pool or by the community pool at many subdivisions.

The property encompassing 455 acres, is expansive and very impressive. It has a total of  400 planned homes (single family, multifamily or coach homes). All but 180 homes have been sold. The magnificent green lawns, wide beltways and fairways, sloping hills and winding canals and lakes, making one feel as if you were  in Tuscany, Italy.
After crossing over the bridge in the center of the property, you come to the open green space surrounding the Oblesque, just at the entrance to the Vyne House complex and Rotunda. This square is the primary gathering place for residents, family and guests, for special events, evening cocktail parties, concerts and picnics under the canopy of the evening skies.

There are four restaurants in Tali’s Park. The Main Dining room is adjacent to the more casual Vyne House Grill Room which is open from 11am to 9pm or later every day. “Fiona’s” near the tennis courts,  serves breakfast daily and is open from 8am to 3pm. “ Casa Cortez” & Grill is the full bar and restaurant adjacent to the Pro Shop, where you can relax after a challenging round of golf or tennis. The 18-hole championship golf course was designed by Pete Dye and Greg Norman, and is situated on 133 acres of sweeping Sea Dwarf Paspalum turf, and  is considered one of the best courses in the state of Florida, earning a 74.7 USGA rating.

Homes prices range from the $600,000+ in the Multifamily subdivision,  to $2.5 million plus for the new homes currently being built by Seagate Builders in “Isola Bella”. The estate homes with 1 1/2 acre lots in “Firenze” will start at $5.0 million and up. In general the single family resale homes ( 3-4 plus bedrooms and 3+ bath) are anywhere from $793,000 ($500-$700/per square foot), and offer value compared to other luxury developments in Naples. Many of these homes come with three garages; have their own private courtyard entrances; large kitchens with gourmet islands & beautiful cabinetry; outdoor kitchens; cozy Great rooms and en-suite Master bedrooms, with “His” and “Hers” dressing rooms and closets, and come with beautifully designed pools with spas off the main entertainment areas. With new construction, the sky is the limit as they say, and whatever your budget can accommodate.

The active social life at Talis Park is replete with walking trails, nature preserve and has a Sports & Fitness Center. There are numerous organized activities throughout the Season. Personal trainers are available for daily classes at the two Fitness Studios, and by appointment. Their luxury “Esprit Spa” is available and open Monday -Saturday, by special appointment. Homeowners enjoy the casual and comfortable approach to entertaining and meeting up with friends, and get around the various locales mostly by foot or golf cart.

Full Golf Membership (325 max.) costs only $62,000 in initiation fees (non-refundable Equity Memberships,  with $400 per month in Master Association dues . This also includes a Full Sports Membership. Sports only membership has a $35,000 initiation fee, ( again non-refundable Equity Membership) with a $325 monthly Association fee,
something  all homeowners must take out. According to the many favorable reviews by
the various homeowners, these memberships plus the super  “Reciprocal Clubs”
available to use from May through October is particularly attractive.

Finally, the famous Talis Park’s “Beach Runner” is a Mercedes shuttle which departs daily in Season for “Cabana Dan’s” on Vanderbilt Beach. Just call and confirm your return trip when you want to return home. Towels and beach chairs are available on a first come basis; and packed lunches can be ordered ahead of time at the Vyne House. No luxury is spared or fun activity overlooked at Talis Park, where everyone is made to feel welcome, whatever age. Playgrounds are at the ready for children or grandchildren.

Please do let us know how we can help you select a lovely new home here at Talis Park, or elsewhere in Naples if you have other preferences in the luxury market here in Paradise. We would love to help you!
